Obverse designs premium headwear featuring patented and patent-pending fastener technology. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or colors are error-free.

 

 

 

4. Preorders, Reservations & Campaigns

 


 

$1 Reservations & Early Access

 


A $1 reservation secures your place for early access to product releases and eligibility for preferred launch pricing and promotional offers.


Reservation Refunds:

The $1 reservation is fully refundable at any time prior to placing a final order. To request a refund, contact us at hello@obvrs.com.


The reservation fee may be applied toward your final purchase if you choose to proceed. A reservation does not guarantee product availability, and access may be subject to inventory limits, campaign minimums, or production constraints.

 

 

 

Preorders

 


Preorder charges are collected at the time of purchase. Estimated ship dates are projections only and may change. We will notify you of significant delays. If a preorder is cancelled by RTFO LLC, you will receive a full refund.

 

 

 

Crowdfunding / Kickstarter

 


Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Kickstarter) are governed by those platforms’ terms in addition to these Terms. Fulfillment timelines may differ from standard orders.

 

 

 

5. Pricing & Payment

 


All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.


You agree to provide accurate billing and account information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.

 

 

 

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

 


Orders ship from Ione, California. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

 

 

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

 


Preorder items are final sale unless cancelled by us or required by law.


$1 reservations are refundable as described in Section 4.


For in-stock items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTFO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.


Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable order.
